Instant Rasam Powder

Ingredients: Tamarind, Coriander seeds, Toor dhal, Red Chilli, Cumin, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Salt

Added Ingredients in flavor variation: Garlic, 

Directions for Use: Add ½ cup Aahaara’s Instant Rasam mix to 1 cup of water. Add 1 finely chopped tomato to it and let it boil. After 3-4 mins add 1 more cup of water and bring it to just one boil. Season with mustard and jeera in ghee, garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve with hot rice or consume as soup. Serves 2 people
